We hope to contribute to the discussion of what is needed to change the culture for improved recruitment and retention, using lessons we've learned from the 3 years of our Professional Learning Community as we emphasize the impact of graduate student-led initiatives. Presenting authors include Alejandra Sanchez-Rios, Adrienne Chan, and Jennifer A.T.K. Wong-Ala.
